Looking for Advocate Volunteers?  Expand your capacity to provide free legal help by recruiting volunteer advocates on StatesideLegal.  Go here and "Sign Up" to become a Volunteer Coordinator for your organization.

We are creating a network of advocates who can provide free legal assistance to members of the military, veterans, and their families.  We hope that this network will include SSVF staff members, medical/legal partnership teams, and others who are teaming up with legal aid and pro bono programs to coordinate support for veterans.

CHECK BACK!  We plan to have an advocate network sign-up activated by June 2016.

As a member of the network, you will:

  1. Have access to a PW-protected archive of helpful documents that other members have contributed.
  2. Receive an email newsletter of what's new on Stateside Legal, SL Women with Military Service, and in the advocate document archive.
  3. Be offered opportunities to share what you have learned from serving your clients.
  4. Learn "best practices" among successful advocate collaborations.

There is no charge to become a member of our Advocate Network.
